Research Fellows/Internation al Masters Bursaries Institute of Irish Studies Queen`s University Belfast has a long and distinguished record in scholarship and teaching in a range of disciplines within the area of Irish Studies.

To consolidate and build on this success the University unveiled its Irish Studies International Research Initiative (IRI) in 2007. A total of five posts are available for 12 months each, commencing September 2008. Successful applicants will become active members of the research team assisting in delivery of the research activity within a specified area.

I. Basic Eligibility

Applicant must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:

1. Indonesian citizen who is under 35 years of age when lodging the application.

2. Hold a local Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)

3. Have a minimum of two-year full-time professional work experience after the completion of the undergraduate degree.

4. Have valid proof (validity of two years) of:

• International TOEFL with a minimum score of 600 (PBT) or 250 (CBT) or 100 (IBT), OR

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS) of minimum 6.5 (for MBA Australia only)*

5. Have valid proof (validity of five years):

• GMAT test scores above 600 with verbal score to be 25 or above*

6. Currently did not enroll in graduate or post-graduate program, or obtained a Master’s degree or equivalent.

7. Did not enroll or graduate from an overseas tertiary institution, unless was on a full scholarship.

8. Do not receive other equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at the time of the award.

9. Demonstrate that without the scholarship, they are not able to afford an Overseas MBA Program.

* GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS score can be submitted when the applicants pass the Sampoerna Foundation Selection Stage and chosen as Finalists. The finalists then must have a valid score as required by each program.

** All applicants selected as Finalists for MBA France shall have to take language course in the appointed institution by SCAC and pass the DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française) B1 & B2 test.

- apabila terjadi pergantian antar waktu (PAW) Anggota DPR atau meninggal dunia, maka Tenaga Ahli yang bersangkutan akan diberhentikan

oleh setjen setelah adanya PAW pengganti anggota DPR yang baru. (tanpa pesangon)


PERSYARATAN TENAGA AHLI ALAT KELENGKAPAN DEWAN


A. PERSYARATAN UMUM

1. Berusia minimal 28 tahun, maksimal 65 tahun

2. Berpendidikan terakhir minimal Strata 1 dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun, atau Strata 2 dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun.

3. Dengan minimal IPK 3,00; atau nilai yang disetarakan.

4. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris setara dengan TOEFL 450 yang ditunjukkkan dengan hasil tes TOEFL(sertifikat yang dikeluarkan dari institusi resmi)

maksimal 1 (satu) tahun terakhir. Khusus untuk Calon Tenaga Ahli BKSAP memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris setara dengan TOEFL 550

5. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer (aplikasi Office, Internet)

6. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil, pegawai BUMN/BUMD;

7. Sehat jasmani dan rohani serta bebas dari narkoba dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari dokter.

8. Mengikuti proses Assesment yang dilakukan oleh Tim Independent

9. Bersedia diberhentikan sewaktu-waktu apabila diketahui melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib;

10. Bertanggung jawab dan sanggup melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan.

11. Bersedia mentaati peraturan yang ditetapkan.


B. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

Pimpinan

Bagi calon Tenaga Ahli Pimpinan, harus:

1. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan sesuai dengan wilayah kerja Pimpinan DPR;

2. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap suatu keputusan/kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kepentingan publik;

3. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan yang sedang berkembang;

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;

5. Mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan menganalisis tentang pelaksanaan ketiga fungsi Dewan yaitu, fungsi Legislasi, Anggaran dan Pengawasan.


Komisi-Komisi

Bagi calon Tenaga Ahli Komisi-komisi, harus:

6. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan sesuai dengan wilayah kerja Alat Kelengkapan DPR;

7. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap suatu keputusan/kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kepentingan publik;

8. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan yang sedang berkembang;

9. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;

5. Mempunyai kemampuan dan keahlian khusus dalam bidang legislasi yaitu kemampuan dan keahlian dalam perancangan RUU,

Bagi Calon Tenaga Ahli Kerja Sama Antar Parlemen, harus:

1. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan Internasional;

2. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap suatu keputusan/kebijakan yang berhubungan politik luar negeri Indonesia;

3. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan Internasional;

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;


Badan Urusan Rumah Tangga

Bagi Calon Tenaga Ahli Badan Urusan Rumah Tangga, harus:

1. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan anggaran khusus anggaran DPR RI

2. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap suatu keputusan/kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kerumahtanggaan DPR;

3. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan anggaran DPR;

4. Memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian dalam menganalisis pengelolaan anggaran DPR.

5. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan yang sedang berkembang yang berkaitan dengan Anggaran DPR;


Badan Kehormatan

Bagi Calon Tenaga Ahli Badan Kehormatan, harus:

1. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan Hukum, Tata Tertib dan Kode Etik DPR;

2. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap aspirasi masyarakat mengenai kinerja dan pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi Anggota DPR;

3. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan yang sedang berkembang;

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;


Panitia Anggaran

Bagi Calon Tenaga Ahli Panitia Anggaran, harus:

1. Memiliki kemampuan substansial untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan Anggaran;

2. Mempunyai keahlian dalam menganalisis terhadap suatu keputusan/kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kepentingan publik;

3. Mempunyai kemampuan identifikasi, memahami dan mengelola isu permasalahan yang sedang berkembang;

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;

5. Mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan menganalisis tentang pelaksanaan fungsi Legislasi dalam pembahasan dan penetapan RUU bidang Anggaran.

6. Mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan menganalisis tentang pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan dan anggaran dalam rangka melakukan perencanaan,

pengelolaan dan pengawasan terhadap anggaran Negara.

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan suatu rekomendasi/ solusi terhadap kebijakan tertentu;

5. Mempunyai kemampuan dan keahlian dalam memahami dan menganalisis kebijakan fraksi yang terkait dengan perancangan dan pembahasan RUU

6. Memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian dalam memahami dan menganalisis kebijakan fraksi yang terkait dengan fungsi Dewan di bidang pengawasan dan anggaran.
