Accounts Assistant
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle petty cash for head office & oversee branch offices petty cash
  • Prepare commercial invoices and tax invoices in time
  • Input tax invoices in eSPT and daily bank receipt into MYOB
  • Liaise with insurance company for extension of staff's medical and health insurance
  • Prepare monthly debt report
  • Other duties assigned by finance executive

Requirements:

  • Hold min S1 Degree major in Accounting
  • Having experience in Accounting department for 1-2 years
  • Fresh Graduates with good academic record are welcome to apply
  • Computer and English literate
  • An independent worker, can work with minimum supervision
  • Personal trait: honest, hardwork, responsible, meticulous
